1. The Officer-in-charge, Dhaniakhali Police Station has filed a report indicating all steps taken pursuant to the petitioner's complaint to secure him.

2. The report dated 13th October, 2023 filed by the Dhaniakhali Police Station is taken on record.

3. In the event of any further grievance against the private respondents, the writ petitioner may take steps in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
