1. Ms. Dibyanjona Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Kaustav Bagchi, learned counsel for the private respondents are present. None appears on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that her principal grievance regarding filling up of pond no more subsists. The pond is in correct shape. The only grievance put forth by the petitioners is for the purpose of constituting a Block Level Water Bodies and Biodiversity Monitoring and Preservation Committee by BL&LRO as per notification dated 26.06.2012 (Annexure P/3). Mr. Bagchi, learned counsel for the private respondents, has no objection.

3. The singular prayer is reasonable. Accordingly, this PIL is disposed of, directing the petitioners to file a representation before the concerned BL&LRO for formation of the said committee in view of the notification dated 12.06.2012 and a copy of this order.

4. In turn, the concerned BL&LRO shall decide the representation within 30 days thereafter. If as per the notification the said committee is required to be constituted, it shall be lawful for the BL&LRO to constitute such committee within the aforesaid time.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the PIL is disposed of.
