Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner is taken on record.

Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the widow of the deceased employee and mother of the applicant filed the writ petition. During pendency of the writ petition, the mother expired. The applicant, being the daughter of the deceased employee, has sought for substitution upon demise of her mother. However, in order to avoid future complications, he seeks to withdraw the substitution application with liberty to the applicant to file fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

In Re: WPA 18691 of 2025 4.

It is found that the petitioner has already expired on 12th December, 2025.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 18691 of 2025 stands dismissed being infructuous. 6.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
