This appeal was disposed of by judgment dated 20th August, 2025. Thereafter, an application being CAN 1 of 2025 was taken up for recording the death of respondent no. 2. By order dated 22nd September, 2025 the death of the respondent No. 2 was recorded and the department carried out the said order. Now, with regard to the correction of the name of respondent No. 1, supplementary affidavit is filed with the supporting documents. In the Aadhar Card of the respondent No. 1 it is stated as 'Mahua Addya'. Thus, in terms of the spelling of the name of the respondent no. 1, let necessary rectification be made in the cause title. Let 'Mahuya' be rectified and made 'Mahua'.

The application being CAN 2 of 2025 stand disposed of.
