This matter is appearing under the heading "To be mentioned".

It is found that inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 29th January, 2026 in paragraph 6 in the 3rd line mentioning the nomenclature of respondent no. 5 as "the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur" in place and stead of "the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman".

In paragraph 6, the nomenclature of respondent no.5 should be read as "the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman" instead of "the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 29th January, 2026.
