In view of sufficient reasons having been shown for the absence of the petitioner on the relevant date when the matter was dismissed for default, CAN 1 of 2019 (Old CAN 11071 of 2019) is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated November 5, 2019 passed in W. P. No. 17503(W) of 2019 (New No. WPA 17503 of 2019) and restoring the same to its original file and number.

There will be no order as to costs.

Re: WPA 17503 of 2019 (Old No. W. P. No. 17503(W) of 2019) The writ petition shall next be enlisted for hearing on December 13, 2021.
