1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Though petitioner made an application for transfer as a teacher of Pure Science but till date petitioner is being treated as a teacher of Mathematics.

3. Learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents submit that unless status of the petitioner is changed from Assistant Teacher of Mathematics to Assistant Teacher of Pure Science, transfer application of the petitioner cannot be processed.

4. Hence, no order can be passed relating to transfer of the petitioner at this stage, writ petition stands dismissed.

5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for

changing her status from Assistant Teacher of Mathematics to Assistant Teacher of Pure Science.
