Banerjee) Mr. Sakya Sen, Sr. Advocate Mr. Nirmalya Dasgupta Ms. Sormi Dutta ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against an order dated October 4, 2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 4th Court at Alipore in Title Suit No. 20 of 2009. By the order impugned the further proceedings of the partition suit was stayed till the disposal of the probate suit being OS No. 2 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 11th Court at Alipore.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed more than 3 1⁄2 years after the impugned order was passed. The delay has not been satisfactorily explained in the civil revision application.

For such reasons, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision application.

Accordingly, CO 2927 of 2025 stands dismissed. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
