The petitioner wants to know the total marks after getting six marks as has been directed by the Division Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Whether giving six marks is correct or not this question is pending before the Supreme Court.

However, the grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been intimated about the total marks after giving six marks. The Board has given six marks to all such candidates. Therefore, singular prayer for knowing the marks is allowed.

The West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to intimate the petitioner the total marks to the

petitioner by two weeks from date. However, it is made clear that the petitioner will not be allowed to take any advantage of six marks till the matter is decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
