Learned counsel for the petitioner places an order dated 13.03.2024 in CRM (DB) 624 of 2024 wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has been pleased to direct the police administration to ensure that no obstruction is caused to the learned counsel who shall represent the petitioner in the trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus submits that his grievance has been addressed and, as such, he does not wish to

proceed with the present case and submits that the same has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of as being 'infructuous'.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
