State Insurance Act, after adjusting 25% of the amount deposited under Section 45AA of the Act.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent authority, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives in the writ petition.

In view of the above, W.P.A. No. 19313 of 2024 stands disposed of.

The petitioner is granted liberty to act in terms of the above directions.

The impugned order dated January 25, 2024 stands modified to the above extent.

The above exercise is to be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of passing this order. In default, the respondent authorities are directed to act strictly in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
