The case is of armed dacoity. One of the accused approached the Hon'ble Apex Court, whose bail has been rejected.

Having considered the fact that the trial of the case is in progress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, I direct the learned trial court to expedite the process of the trial.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1360 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
