Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the injury report which shows physical assault was made on the vital part of the body and is grievous in nature and also having regard to the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner for the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
