Writ petitioners are satisfied with the steps taken by the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman to secure their property. The writ petitioners appreciate the assistance of the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman's. It is, however, stated that Inspector-inCharge, Purbasthali Police Station and the officials therein are continue to harass the family members of the petitioners.

The Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman shall forthwith look into the allegations of the writ petitioners and take immediate remedial steps. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
