Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor files a report in the form of an affidavit, a perusal of which indicates that the representation of the writ petitioners, as directed by the order dated November 19, 2019 passed in W.P. 20517(W) of 2019 has been disposed of by the alleged contemnor.

In view of compliance of the said order, there is no necessity to unnecessarily prolong the contempt application.

Accordingly, WPCRC 101 of 2022 stands discharged. CPAN 960 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
