The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Krishnagar A.V. High School, District : Nadia, he has filed the instant writ petition praying disbursement of his arrear benefits for the period from September, 2011 to April 2014 accrued to him on completion of twenty years continuous service.
Mr. Das, learned Advocate for the State submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, on December 13, 2023 the said arrear benefits have been paid to the petitioner, he files copy of the acknowledgement of such payment, let it be kept with the record.
In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.
W.P.A. 18577 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
