Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant petition, the State authority has complied the order of this court, non-compliance of which the instant contempt petition was filed.

Having heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusing the report filed on behalf of the State respondent, it appears that the State respondent has already complied with the order of this Court. Accordingly, the cause of action of the instant contempt petition is ceased to exist.

Under the above observation, CPAN 1251 of 2024 is disposed of. Rule issued, if any, hereby recalled. In Re. WPA 16949 of 2024

Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he intends to use exception against the report filed on behalf of the State in the writ petition.

Having heard the submission of Mr. Saha Roy, the petitioner is at liberty to file exception within two weeks from this date.

Interim order passed by this Court on the earlier occasion is further extended till September 30, 2024 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Parties are at liberty to mention.
