Such matters are usually dealt under the Provisions of the D. C. R. B. Scheme framed by the Government of West Bengal and the appropriate authority in this regard to look after the matter is the Principal Secretary of the Education Department.

Therefore, I direct the Principal Secretary of the Education Department to look into the matter whether deficiency in qualifying service for four months will be condoned or not. The decision is to be taken by six weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
