Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions which were imposed in the order dated 16.09.2025 while granting bail of the present petitioner. Having considered that the petitioner has been complying with the condition, as is reflected from the police report submitted on behalf of the State, I direct that the earlier conditions imposed be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the District of Hooghly without prior permission of the learned Trial Court. Thus, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
