Result of the Panchayat General Elections was declared on July 11, 2023.

The petitioner has filed the writ petition on August 2, 2023 alleging that the number of votes counted were more than the number of votes polled.

As it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court long after the result of the election was declared, accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The petitioner ought to have approached the appropriate forum within the stipulated time period. At such a delayed point of time, there is no scope to pass any order in the present writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
