Having heard Mr. Das as well as written instruction of the petitioner, I find no encumbrances to disposed of the writ petition. Hence, the instant writ petition be dismissed as not pressed and the same is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, passed by this Court during the pendency of this writ petition be also vacated. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
