Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on February 24, 2025. This Court is informed that out of five witnesses PW-1 has been examined in full and examination of PW-2 is going on. Nine dates for evidence were fixed after the last date of rejection order out of which the petitioner sought adjournment before the learned trial Court on seven occasions.

On merits, there is no change in circumstances which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The bail application is disposed of.
