Counsel complains that the petitioner is being threatened, as he attends new places for holding meetings and functions.

The petitioner may agitate the same by an appropriate complaint before the concerned Police Station.

It is submitted by the Counsels for the petitioner and the Union, that some CCTV Cameras facing the house, which have been placed by the State, have not yet been removed.

In that view of the matter, CRPF is hereby authorized to remove such cameras.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The minutes of the meeting dated 6th March, 2022 held between the CRPF and the State Police is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
