The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Bishnupur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC.

Earlier by an order dated 18.8.2023, a report was called for.

Today, Ms. Sujata Das, Learned Advocate for the State, has submitted a report, which reflects that the Learned jurisdictional Court has fixed 21.9.2023 as a date for framing of charges.

Having considered the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the opinion that the same is premature and the same is based on private and personal documents, which are not of unimpeachable character.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the other issues in the revisional application at the stage of framing of charges before the learned Trial Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3077 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
