In view of the affidavit filed by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education affirmed on 6th September, 2022 and in view of the categorical statement made in the affidavit that apprehension/ anxiety of the petitioners is misplaced for the reason that when future recruitment process shall commence, it will be open to the candidates to update all relevant data including upgraded ones in the relevant options to be provided in web/portal.

In view of such categorical statement made under oath by the Board I think that the petitioners are fully covered and hence there is no question of their

apprehension and the writ application is disposed of. If the petitioners find any difficulty at the appropriate stage in uploading qualification etc. they have the liberty to come before this court through appropriate proceeding.
