In terms of the direction dated September 24, 2025, Mr. U.S. Menon, learned advocate for the National Testing Agency (NTA) produces the original OMR sheet of the petitioner in NEET UG 2025 in a sealed cover; the said OMR is returned to Mr. Menon after perusal. Mr. Binod Kumar Sahu, Director (Legal) of NTA is also present.

Mr. Kallol Basu, learned advocate for the petitioner at this juncture submits that his client has given a written instruction to the advocate on record, Mr. Atreya Chakraborty to withdraw the present writ petition, let it be kept with the record. In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 18363 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. The petitioner a very young student has a long career ahead, considering the same, this Court hopes and trusts that NTA will not proceed further against the petitioner.
