However, such adjournment is not granted as on 30.01.2023, same prayer was made and it was allowed. On perusal of the petition it appears that the petitioner prays for allowing him to participate in the recruitment process. However, from a representation of the petitioner it appears that the petitioner prayed for consideration of his candidature for taking necessary steps against TET 2011. The matter has been filed after 11 years, i.e., in 2022.

Therefore, because of excessive delay, the matter is not considered and it is dismissed.
