For the Petitioners The petitioners seek to withdraw the application due to certain defects detected therein and seek further liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action. Such liberty is granted. The petitioners are allowed to withdraw the application upon liberty to file a fresh application on the same cause of action. On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed herein upon furnishing photocopies thereof.
