Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the CSTC and Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that current pension to the petitioner has been paid on Friday (23.09.2022) and arrears have been paid today (26.09.2022). A list, indicating the persons to whom amounts have been credited, has been handed over by the CSTC today and the same is kept on record. The break up and explanations of the amounts paid may be provided to the petitioner by the CSTC.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this matter.

Hence, CPAN 965 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
