The petitioners claim that they are restrained from entering their own properties. The said submission is resisted by the learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 to 9.

This court will not enter into the domain regarding the right, title and interest of the property to which party it belongs.

In case, there is any breach of peace at the locale, the Inspector-in-charge of Canning P.S. would take effective steps so that the law and order situation is within control.

If, these petitioners, who are restrained from entering their properties, have any right, title and interest over the said properties, in that case, they will approach the learned Civil Court for seeking their remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19318 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Needless to state that the report so submitted reflects that Canning P.S.

Case No. 568 dt. 02.08.2024 has been registered against the six accused persons under the relevant provisions of BNSS

and, accordingly, police authorities have taken effective steps.

Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners as well as the private respondent nos. 6 to 9.
