Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Petitioner is hire out a vehicle to another person.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that narcotic of 75kg of Ganja was seized from the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the involvement of the petitioner and considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the vehicle owned by the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 8200 of 2021 is, accordingly, rejected.
