Patra ... for the respondent no.4 The petitioner claims that she has been thrown out from her dwelling house, which is at VillageAlipur, P.O.- Jangalpara Bazar, P.S.- Chanditala, DistrictHooghly. The contentions of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 being the son and one of the daughters have by fraudulent means created a deed of gift. The petitioner is aged about 75 years and was unable to know the

consequences.

The petitioner being a senior citizen would invoke the relevant statutory provisions of law. In the meantime, if the petitioner approaches the police authorities of Chinsurah P.S., they would render assistance so that she can enter her dwelling house, which is within their jurisdiction.

Needless to state that the concerned P.S. has already registered Chanditala Police Station NCR No. 1489 of 2024 dated 06.08.2024 and kept a sharp vigil at the locale so that no untoward incident take place.

If the petitioner approaches the appropriate authorities, necessary steps be taken by the concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19298 of 2024 is disposed of.
