1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)., 1st Court, Contai to dispose of the title suit No.26/2018 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Mr. Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that September 16, 2025 has been fixed for peremptory hearing of the Title Suit NO.26/2018.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

4. In light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2919 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned trial judge to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.26 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2018.
