Mr. Pronojit Roy Ms. Abira Bhattacharya ..for the petitioner Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya Ms. Sreemoyee Mitra ..for the State The petitioner alleges that the respondent nos. 5 and 6 who are appointed by the petitioner as brokers for the purpose of sale of the landed property of the petitioner did not pay the petitioner the consideration money received by the respondent nos. 5 and 6 from the intending purchaser.

The dispute involved in the instant writ petition is a private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents pertaining to a transfer of an immovable property. The dispute being a private dispute of civil nature pertaining to an immovable property, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly the same stands dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
