Today, when the matter is called, none appears either on behalf of the petitioner or the private respondents.

Since the State has already made out a case of non-cooperation against the present petitioner, I direct that the petitioner, if he has any further grievance,

would approach the Learned Magistrate in seisin of Baranagar PS Case No. 111 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024. As such, no further directions are warranted at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19195 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
