Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate, appears for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear on the next date so fixed before the learned trial court. According to the learned advocate, the next date is fixed on 21st December, 2021. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. If the petitioner appears on 21st December, 2021 before the learned Special Court, the learned Special Court will allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond and complete the examination under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the said date so fixed or within a week thereafter. The petitioner shall be on interim bail for the first three weeks after he appears on

21st December, 2021. He shall be directed to meet with the Officerin-Charge of Patrasayer Police Station twice a week until further orders. The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Patrasayer Police Station until further orders or until modified by the learned trial court. The warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 22nd December, 2021. In case the petitioner does not appear by 22nd December, 2021 at 3.30 p.m., the learned Special Court would proceed to the next harsher process of law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2463 of 2021 is disposed of.
