At the time of call, accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

However, West Bengal Central School Service Commission and West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are represented by learned advocates.

On perusing the prayer couched in this writ petition, it appears that petitioners made a prayer for declaring Accountancy and Commerce as one and unified subject of Commerce and alternatively petitioners may be given opportunity to participate in 2nd State Level Selection Test (AT), 2025 in

respect of both categories of subjects, i.e.

Accountancy and Commerce.

Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned senior advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission has rightly pointed out that writ petition has become infructuous as written examination in connection with 2nd State Level Selection Test (AT), 2025 concluded on 14th September, 2025.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the Commission, no further order need be passed in this writ petition and writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
