Somnath Tarafdar The appeal is defective. The Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 8th September, 2022 has indicated two defects.

The appellant has not put the deficit Court fees. The appeal is delayed by eighty five days and no application has been made for condonation of delay. The appellant did not make any attempt to remove the defects.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed as time barred and also for deficit Court fees.
