Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record. Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the coordinate Bench on July 20, 2021 in CRM 8914 of 2020. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that one of the conditions for grant of anticipatory bail that the opposite party no.2 (Rajib Jindal) shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month till the completion of investigation. He contends that the opposite party no.2 (Rajib Jindal) never met the Investigating Officer subsequent to the order of anticipatory bail. Opposite party no.2 (Rajib Jindal) also did not apply for regular bail before the jurisdictional Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State in reference to a report dated January 30, 2022 submits that till the date of such report none of the accused persons complied with the order of the Hon'ble Court and did not report to the Investigating Officer. The order granting anticipatory bail dated July 20, 2021

records that the anticipatory bail granted shall stand cancelled in the event of opposite party no.2 (Rajib Jindal) not meeting the Investigating Officer.

In such circumstances, since the opposite party no.2(Rajib Jindal) did not report before the Investigating Officer in terms of the order dated July 20, 2021, the anticipatory bail granted in his favour stands cancelled.

Report filed on behalf of the State be taken on record. C.R.M. 8206 of 2021 is disposed of.
