There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. Essentially, what the petitioner requires as is to evaluate evidence and to reopen issues which were decided by the earlier orders of rejection. We cannot be invited to do so. Consequently, we find no merit in the application. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8211 of 2021 is dismissed.
