This Court is informed that the parties have arrived at a settlement and in terms thereof the petitioner has received all of her admissible dues from the college.

The petitioner has also agreed to vacate the official quarter by September 25, 2025, Mr. Prasad Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the petitioner files an undertaking of the petitioner to the said effect; let it be kept with the record. Mr.

Bhattacharyya submits that inadvertently in paragraph 4 of the said undertaking the date of handing over the peaceful vacant possession of the official quarter has been erroneously gone down as September 30, 2025 which should be September 25, 2025.

Be that as it may, it is recorded that the petitioner undertakes to vacate the official quarter by September 25, 2025. In view of the aforesaid development, WPA 19299 of 2024 and the connected applications being CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2025 are disposed of without any order as to costs. Copy of the mutual agreement/understanding and photocopy of the cheque amounting to Rs.12,98,186/- drawn in favour of the petitioner filed by Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate for the respondent nos.8-11 be kept with the record.
