Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 4 herein, be kept with the record.

The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher at Bally Gajendra Balika Vidyalaya, District:

Howrah, she applied for general transfer under 'Utsashree Portal' which was returned on the ground that she was the single subject teacher of the said school.

However, by an administrative order the petitioner was transferred to Swaika Girls High School, Liluah, District: Howrah.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her present school is 74 kilometers away from her residence as she has to look after her child, she is

facing difficulties in attending her present school. She is praying reconsideration of the said administrative order of transfer.

The prayer of the petitioner was originated from her application under the Utsashree Portal, the Portal is now under suspension as such there is no scope to reconsider the administrative order of transfer of the petitioner issued by the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education bearing Memo No.

WBBSE/HWR/AT/At-00161 dated December 01, 2021.

WPA 19753 of 2021 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
