Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his client would not like to press this application and would instead file a fresh application challenging the provisions regarding definition of "family member(s)" and "relative(s)" vis-à-vis' the procedure for compassionate appointment.

On his prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the writ petitioner in filing a fresh application on selfsame and additional grounds.
