It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to the complaint submitted by the petitioner against the provisional timetable in respect of bus no. WB 67C 0632, hearing was held by the concerned authority upon service of notice to the petitioner and others concerned. But no decision has been communicated to the petitioner by the authority till date. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the authority to communicate the decision taken by the authority at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that hearing has been concluded. But the order is yet to be passed. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the complaint submitted by the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order and communicate

the same to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
