1. This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR dated 11.02.2013 and also further proceeding concerning Narkeldanga Police Station Case No.324 of 2013 dated 11.02.2013 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah under Section 498A/406/354/349 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The matter was dealt with by a coordinate bench of this Court on 16th September, 2015 when an interim order of stay was granted for a period of three weeks after expiry of puja vacation. Since thereafter the matter is pending and no application for extension of interim order was ever filed by the petitioners.

2. None appears for the petitioner. Ms. Sana Naaz, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to appear in this matter. Learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta is directed to regularize her appointment.

3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that there is no use to keep the matter pending. Hence, this revisional application is dismissed for default.

4. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Court below for information.
