1. Petitioner claims that her parents were illegally detained by the private respondents.

2. The writ petition was taken up for hearing at the first sitting of the Court when learned Advocate for the State submitted a report which was taken on record.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that, the parents of the writ petitioner were illegally detained and that, the private respondents were not allowing access to her parents.

4. Faced with such allegations, we requested the police to visit the locale immediately and ensure that, the parents of the petitioner are able to meet the petitioner.

submits now, the parents are with the petitioner.

7. Learned Advocate for the private respondents submits that, there is a civil dispute with regard to an immovable property and a civil suit with regard thereto is pending before the appropriate Court.

8. The writ petition is replete with allegations relating to disputes concerning immovable property.

9. There is a civil suit pending between the private parties.

No special circumstance exists for intervention in the present writ petition of habeas corpus. In any event, the parents are with the writ petitioner presently.

WPA (H) 58 of 2024 is, therefore, disposed of without any order as to costs.
