The instant application is filed under Section 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against impugned Order no. 5 dated 03.09.2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Misc. Case No. 3772/2011.

On perusal of the application, impugned order and other documents, it appears that it is not a fit case to exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
