Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to 'not press' the present revisional application as the matter has been settled between the parties and the case has been withdrawn before the trial Court. Accordingly, considering the submission of the learned Advocate-on-record, the present revisional application is, thus, disposed of as 'not pressed'.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
