1. The representation filed on behalf of the petitioners before the Additional District Sub Registrar, Contai-I, Purba Medinipur is pending consideration.

2. The petitioners pray that the said representation may be considered by the Authority in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in FMA 200 of 2010 with CAN 10275 of 2009.

3. None represents the respondents.

4. In the absence of any representation from the State, the Court cannot decide the issue conclusively.

5. As it appears that the representation made on behalf of the petitioners is pending consideration at the end of the Authority, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Additional District Sub Registrar, Contai-I, Purba Medinipur to take into consideration the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 5th January, 2011 and dispose of the same by

passing a reasoned order. If the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the Authority.

6. Steps shall be taken at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

3. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
