In the matter of : An application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application has been preferred for transfer of M. R. Case No. 1603 of 2010 and Execution Case No. 8 of 2011 filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

Record of this revisional application reflects that at the time of admission there was a stay for a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of the order dated 12th March, 2012. Subsequently, the interim order has never been extended. Today, when the matter has been taken up, no information has been furnished before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings before the learned court below.

Having regard to the materials on record before this court and the time that has elapsed in the meantime, I am of

the view that at this belated stage, there is no scope for interference by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3074 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
